Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are generally processed and shipped the same day. Depending on order volume or other circumstances, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier.

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it right away. Because of this, we're unable to make changes to order items, payment, or shipping information. If your order is incorrect, we recommend canceling it and placing a new one. You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order through the order portal, or reach out to us at hello@ooahan.com for assistance.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging attached. For full details, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Once we receive your return, please allow a few business days for it to be inspected and processed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount. We'll notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

No. All orders are shipped within the United States, so there are no customs duties or import fees.

Email us at hello@ooahan.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Once approved, we'll send return instructions.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: earrings and jewelry, innerwear and undergarments, cosmetics and beauty products, sale or discounted items, promotional items, limited-edition or collaboration items, and gift cards.
