Shipping Rates

Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping fee of $5.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are generally processed and shipped the same day. Depending on order volume or other circumstances, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, and DHL. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave us.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high volume, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, reach out to us at hello@ooahan.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
